Jalila is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, executive consultant, marketer, counselor, philanthropist and advocate whose career has consistently centered on people, purpose and possibility. Her passion for youth and children is especially central to her work, where she champions their development, nurtures their potential, and advocates for environments in which they are empowered to discover who they are and who they can become.
Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and shaped by years of experience across healthcare, perinatal and behavioral support, ABA therapy, business administration, entertainment, artist management, marketing and family education, Jalila brings an uncommon breadth of perspective to everything she touches.
Her professional journey has included work surrounding major entertainment platforms and productions, including The Voice, the BET Hip-Hop Awards and The Mo'Nique Show, as well as artist management, music-video production, brand support and community-centered initiatives. Her natural ability to organize people, ideas and moving parts while connecting with the core of people eventually became a defining force behind EYE35DESIGN.
As co-founder and Director of Operations of EYE35, Jalila serves as the connective force between vision and execution, helping ensure that ideas don't simply remain ideas—they become organized, actionable realities.
Together with her husband Ceita, she is helping build a family enterprise centered on service, education, creativity, entrepreneurship and most importantly, leaving legacy. Her passion for youth and children will be continually prevalent through community initiatives for years to come.

Ceita is a multidisciplinary creative strategist, executive consultant, visual communications architect, recording artist and entrepreneur whose work is rooted in vision, creativity, purpose and a deep commitment to people—particularly bridging generations and creating meaningful connections between youth and elders.
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ceita has spent a lifetime exploring the relationship between vision, creativity and human connection—transforming ideas into experiences that can be seen, felt and remembered. With a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Art and a career spanning graphic design, web development, branding, marketing, music, voiceover, public engagement and strategic communications, Ceita approaches every project from the intersection of vision, creativity and purpose.
As co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of EYE35DESIGN, Ceita specializes in transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling visual identities and digital experiences. His ability to bridge strategic thinking with creative execution allows clients to see their vision more clearly—and understand how to bring it to life.
Together with his wife and business partner, Jalila, Ceita continues to build a family-centered creative enterprise rooted in excellence, purpose and legacy.

Meet Bishop, our talented multihyphenate, who is a jack-of-all-trades in his own right. Serving as Creative Director, Bishop has professionally cultivated his vast array talents since 2017, facilitating as a graphic designer, digital illustrator, photographer, videographer, music composer and video editor. Committed to pushing clients into success, his wisdom & insight are well beyond his years, but his energy intuitive knack for capturing timeless moments has separated him from the pack.
Meet Zai, our immensely gifted administrative assistant. From planning meetings, booking events and scheduling appointments, Zai's personable aura and detail-orientation perfectly complement her impeccable organizational and multitasking skills.
